JK on red alert as Pak conspires Feb 5 drama
2/1/2021 11:39:47 PM

Early Times Report

Jammu, Feb 1: A red alert has been sounded in Jammu and Kashmir in the wake of the sinister move of Pakistan to hold the so called Kashmir solidarity day on February 5.
Sources said the intelligence agencies have inputs that Pakistan was trying hard to meet its sinister designs by instigating people of Kashmir to hold protests in connection with the so called solidarity day.
As per the sources in government, Pakistan also looks ahead to carry out terror strikes in Jammu and Kashmir on the fateful day to give a “negative picture of situation before the world community especially the United States of America where a new government led by Joe Biden has recently taken over.”
Sources said the intelligence agencies have inputs that foreign terrorists may have infiltrated into Kashmir and that around three to four of them could be hiding in the summer capital of Srinagar.
Sources said the government has inputs about the possible presence of terrorists in Srinagar city, desperately looking for chance to carry out terror strikes on February 5.
Sources said the winter capital of Jammu is equally on the red alert in the wake of recent incidents of infiltration bids from the international borders in the region.
“What has added to the concern towards Jammu is the recent rise in discovery of terror tunnels along the international border,” said a senior official on the condition of anonymity.
It is pertinent to mention that in the enemy country, its government has already declared February 5 as public holiday across Sindh province.
In Pakistan, on February 5 is the day of propaganda “to convey a message of solidarity and support” to the people of Jammu and Kashmir and to keep anti-national politics alive.
The Pakistani government said that a one-minute silence will also be observed on February 5 in solidarity with Kashmir.
When contacted a senior official said the security establishment was fully prepared to foil such terror designs of the enemy forces which want to derail Kashmir from the ongoing path of peace and prosperity.
