MENDHAR, July 7: The subscribers of telecommunication company Airtel of this border town and adjoining areas are facing lot of hardships due to poor network connectivity. The subscribers have complained about erratic call drop, bubbled voice and very poor internet services in whole remote and border areas for the last several days.
They alleged that matter has been brought to the notice of concerned officials of Mendhar and Poonch District but no improvement has been seen in the service. The Airtel service which was earlier better has now been deteriorated badly in this entire area of Mendhar town and it's border areas. The Airtel subscribers from Harni Mendhar, Galutha, Ari, Kalaban, Chattral, Kallar Mohra, Sakhi maidan, Baloni and Uchhad in Mendhar, beside alleged that they are facing immense problems due to erratic call drops and internet services. The subscribers appealed to Head of Operations in J&K of the concerned companies to restore the proper services as they are paying the hefty bills to them regularly, otherwise they have warned that they would move to the Consumers Court against Airtel. |
