ABRSM supports PM package employees, demands work from home provision
11/14/2021 10:21:17 PM
EARLY TIMES REPORT

JAMMU, Nov 14: Akhil Bharatiya Rashtriya Shaikshik Mahasangh (ABRSM), district Jammu strongly supported the demands put forth by PM package employees and minority employees working in Kashmir valley on security grounds to exempt and allow work from home till situation improves in valley to avoid any major catastrophe.
Till the security scenario and fear psychosis prevailing in Kashmir valley, it is imperative that these employees particularly Teacher's be allowed to work from home so that no chance is given to these Terrorists to do anything untoward, said Jasmeet Singh Madaan, Senior Vice President, ABRSM, Jammu unit.
Naresh Singh Manhas, Vice President, ABRSM, Jammu unit urged the authorities of union territory, J&K to realise the compulsions and plight of these PM Package and Minority employees which is very grim and sad as they have to perform their duties under stress and strain and under the threat to their lives, so they are soft targets of mayhem by the enemies of humanity in the valley.
Master Rakesh Kumar, State Executive Member, ABRSM said that keeping in view the security scenario in mind, these PM KP employees and Minority community employees should not be forced to rejoin their duties because the ground situation in the valley is not feasible for their return due to the targeted killings of the minorities, although some of these displaced KP employees have been provided nominal security in camps, but after all they too have to perform their duties in the far off places which creates great threat perception and fear to them on every day basis.
No doubt these displaced KP youths have opted to work in the valley under compelling circumstances and for survival of life but not on the cost of their life, said Rahul Kumar
Pawan Kumar Sharma, State Seh Media Parbhari said that it is the fundamental and primary duty of the government to make a safe and conducive atmosphere at their working and residential places before they are asked to rejoin their duties in the valley. Henceforth, these employees should not be forced to resume their duties in the valley as yet and allowed to work from Jammu and other safer zones till situation becomes feasible and conducive for them
