DPS ranked no 1 school in Udhampur

UDHAMPUR, Feb 2: It is a matter of colossal pride, that Delhi Public School Udhampur has been ranked as No1 school in Udhampur and while it achieved ranked 10 in J&K UT and number 148 in India under Co Ed Education Schools category by Education World India School Rankings 2021-22.
DC Udhampur, Indu Kanwal Chib appreciated the efforts of the school for creating conducive environment for the youth where not only academics but cognitive, spiritual excellence is well taken care during these unprecedented times. She congratulated and felicitated the productive and constructive efforts of Delhi Public School Udhampur in her office today. She had all praise for the school management, principal, staff, Students & parents of DPSU, for bringing laurels not only to the school but to District Udhampur as well. She congratulated the team of DPSU for the historic achievement and said "this is your moment and you must cherish it"
The Grand Jury Award is a prestigious award to acknowledge and appreciate educational institutes for moving extra mile to impart best teaching practices. During pandemic it becomes even more important or arduous to streamline teaching learning practices. The survey was conducted to assess School's contribution for environment, for well-being of society to help needy and poor, excellence in science, reasoning, community service etc. School was judged on parameters of Academic Excellence, Educator's Proficiency, leadership quality, sports consciousness etc. All these parameters were effectively fulfilled by DPS Udhampur thereby confirming Rank #1 Position in Udhampur.
The Pro Vice Chairman of the school Dr. J. C Gupta congratulated his team of Faculty members and Principal Dr. Kunal Anand for their splendid performance during this pandemic time, where all the members of DPSU family worked in and out for the development and welfare of the students.
