Sources told Early Times newspaper that since months; the posts of Chief Engineers which are six in number have not been filled, putting the normal functioning of JKPDCL to a grinding halt. “This has left the system crippled to the core. The senior most Superintending Engineers are waiting for their promotions since months and on the other hand, there is plethora of the posts of the Chief Engineers vacant.
