POONCH, Mar 25: Poonch, Gun License in favour of criminal persons means permitting them to boost vanitarianism in Poonch by administration.
According to the sources, Poonch administration has renewed gun license of a person having criminal records in police. Sources informed that district Magistrate has renewed a gun license of a person having many criminal cases registered in police in 2013, 2016, 2017 and 2021 and some disclaims before the court of executive magistrate. Zafar Iqbl son of Khadam Hussain resident of Gohlad has allegedly said that the license of the said criminal person has been issued by police without police verification. Why magistrate issued this license without verification is a question which express how many such fake licenses could have they issued?. Zaffar said that the said person is threatening him with gun by saying I'll kill you and administration is issuing license to such persons without verification which is remarkable. He said that he has filed a written complaint before district magistrate (Deputy Commissioner) Poonch on 7th of February who directed Additional District Magistrate (ACR) for investigation under rule and ACR has firstly threatening him by saying that "log license banwate hain tu band karwata hai, koi aur rasta ikhtiyar kar" which the application didn't understand. Latterly ACR has cancelled the license but the illegal gun is just with criminal who openly threatened him to kill. He has appealed to Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir to investigate all issued and renewed license by district magistrate Poonch for last three years. |
