Jammu,Mar 25: Residency road of Jammu city presents shabby looks as its lanes and by lanes are in dilapidated condition but concerned authorities seems to be in deep slumber for reasons better known to them.
The lanes and by-lanes in its periphery tell a tale of dilapidation of their own.When a person goes through these roads big ditches and pot-holes are seen commonly and if at any place some repairing has been started that too has been left undone at several places.
In the vicinity of KC Plaza several interior roads are without proper macadamization where as this area is known for its big commercial establishments besides it is VIP zone and big traditional hotels are situated on this historic road.
The authorities should take note of the area and necessary repairs of roads and drains needs to be conducted to give a better look to the area. |
