Early Times Report

Poonch, Apr 6: Partiality in politics was traditional, and the partiality in administration has never been heard by someone on this earth. There is administrative partiality in Poonch where administration is working under the influences of some special political party.
It has come in the notice that administration is failed to work on marrit base, might is right is the system in Poonch where inflential persons having political support of government can voilate all norms and rules whereas all other Innocents are punished for no crime.
No doubt there were some stone crushers in Poonch which were working in state land, the list of these crushers has been written in a notice issued by Assistant Collector Class Haveli Poonch on 26-02-2022 in which he directed the owners of three stone crushers to remove encroachment from state land bearing number khasra 218 in village Chaktroo, 289, 300 & 301/2 in village Kankote and 289 in village Kankote. Queting some orders of Divisional Commissioner, Financial Commissioner the Assistant Collector has directed them to remove encroachments within ten days of the notice nevertheless they will be evicted forcefully. As the forty days have been gone and two of the encroachers are still continuing their work on the said land whereas one has been siezed forcefully. Reportedly the two which are continuing their work are having close relations with a particular political party and administration has afraid of the party it is because the action is not taken against them. Locals of the Poonch have condemned this administrative partiality and said, there is no justice for common helpless masses in Poonch. They have demanded LG’s intervention into the matter. Deputy Commissioner Poonch didn’t respond into the matter.
