| Police organises cyber awareness programme at Samba | | |  Early Times Report
Vijaypur, Apr 6: District Police Samba under the supervision of SSP Samba Dr. Abhishek iMahajan IPS, a cyber awareness programme in the BBN High school Vijaypur held in which the Police Officer imparted the awareness among the students regarding the impact and compact of day to day cyber crime and provide the tips to remain vigil for protecting themselves from various types of cyber frauds and the modus operandi used by the cyber criminals to dupe the innocent people.
The participants were advised to remain alert while doing any activity on the internet and not to share personal credentials/ Bank details/ OTP to any unknown person. Other Basic protocols of Cyber Security were also highlighted during the Cyber Jaagrookta Diwas.
The participants were made aware of basic preventive measures/ Safety tips for protection & prevention from cyber crimes and for safe internet usage.
The Chairman of BBN School Dimple Sharma thanks to the police officers for imparting the awareness regarding the cyber crimes and urged the SSP Samba to organize such type of awareness programmes and hopes that such type of programmes may help to decrease the graph of cyber crimes in future. |
