Jammu, Jan 30: In yet another incident of discrimination against Jammu even during Governor rule, the Kashmir based candidates selected as Sub-Inspectors in State Taxes Department (STD) have been given relaxation to join in Kashmir valley rather than Jammu in view of inclement weather but same relaxation was not given to Jammu based candidates in the same list, who have been forced to join in Kashmir valley rather than in Jammu.
