In an interview to a local news channel Gupta said, “Everyday we see the news reports about parliamentarians visiting J&K but most of them reach Kashmir not Jammu. Only Ananth Kumar Sharma along with his team visited Jammu, others kept their visits confined to the Valley only. I want to ask the helmsmen, is it that Jammu people are non-existent? Early Times Report SRINAGAR, Aug 29: The Government on Sunday informed that 169 new positive cases of novel Corona virus (COVID-19), 24 from Jammu division and 145 from Kashmir division, have been reported today, thus taking the total number of positive cases in Jammu and Kashmir to 325148. Also one Covid death has been reported from Jammu Division. Moreover, 103 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and been discharged from various hospitals including 23 from Jammu Division and 80 from Kashmir Division.
