What Dy CM has so personal against Kapil Sharma? 6/2/2015 12:26:54 AM Tough stand taken by soft Deputy Chief Minister against KAS officer Kapil Sharma has surprised many. DyCM has earned the reputation as a soft-spoken and liberal but in the case of Kapil Sharma, he has taken it personal. Different people are speaking in different language. Some people are involving name of prominent businessman of Jammu in this whole controversy because this businessman has developed close proximity with Dy CM. But majority of the people are of the opinion that "Had Dy CM taken such stand against shifting of AIIMS his image in Jammu would have been positive?".
