Sewa Dal seeks vote for Congress candidates | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 3: Sewa Dal Congress today sought the cooperation the victory of its candidates in Lok Sahba elections in Jammu & Kashmir in a meeting convened Hira Lal Abrol, Secretary Pardesh Congress at party office. Addressing a large number of Sewa Dal workers, Hira Lal Abrol asked the Sewa Dal workers to ask people to vote for Congress. Hira Lal Abrol said that Sewa Dal is disciplined cadre of Congress which has always worked selflessly for the party. He said that this is an appropriate time for Sewa Dal to prove its mettle and project and glorify the policies and programmes of Congress in uplifting the standard of living of the people in the state. Abrol added that in Jammu and Kashmir, Congress is emerging as a force to reckon with. The credit for this, Hira Lal Abrol also said goes to Sewa Dal workers besides the congress leadership at the centre which left no stone unturned when confronted with issues like development, peace and prosperity of the people of state of Jammu & Kashmir. Hira Lal Abrol said that Sewa Dal in J&K must put in all out efforts to ensure victory of Congress candidates by asking people to come to forefront and cast their votes without any fear, prejudice and malice. He said that Congress party expects a lot from Sewa Dal workers and appealed all those present in the meeting to work tirelessly and with dedication to see that Congress wins both Lok Sabha seats from Jammu province. |
