| Coalition Govt retarded development in J&K: Bharat Chowdhary | | Many youth join PDP | | JAMMU, July 14: Accusing coalition government, People's Democratic Party (PDP) candidate from Jammu East, Bharat Chowdhary today said that stagnated and delayed developmental projects have not only jeopardized socio-economic development of Jammu East but also created chaos in city limits leaving public to fend for themselves.
While welcoming youth from Purani Mandi and Mohalla Paharian headed by Gourav Sharama, Goutam Bhagat, Manik Verma, Shunnu Verma, Bhavik Bhagat, Shahid Manhas, Subash, Rupesh, Shubum & others into party fold & assured them to come up with them at every moment & highlight the problems faced by them in their ward.
Bharat Chowdhary added that delayed Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP), lateral connections, dilapidated roads, abandoned Tawi Lake project, half-hearted work on development of River Front View and vanished ropeway project have all retarded development of our state in general and Jammu in particular. The PDP candidate Bharat Chowdhary alleged that coalition government has virtually brought every development to a standstill and urged people to strengthen hands of party Chief Patron Mufti Mohammad Sayeed to bring the state out of this economic crunch. He said that none other than PDP can ensure equitable development of all three regions of the state without prejudice. |
