| NSTAR demands immediate appointment of 295 selected teachers | | | Early Times Report
Rajouri, July 14: Newly Selected Teachers Association Rajouri (NSTAR) demanded immediate appointment of 295 selected teachers of district Rajouri whose selection were made on Jan 3, 2012 by SSRB.
Members of NSTAR accused the Omar's government of violating the HC order of restoring selection list within two months. While briefing in the press note, Jagdish Sudan, executive member of association said that we are suffering for last two years without any fault but SSRB and State Government.
Wasting our precious time without defending case in the High Court as a result HC quashed whole list of 295 selected teachers of district Rajouri. They said there is no fault in the selection committee as other six districts having same then how their selection committee is valid and district Rajouri selection committee is invalid.
It is only failure of SSRB and state Govt. JK government for spoiling the future of 295 innocent families by not appointing the selected teachers of districts Rajouri. It is clear that JK government saving his vote bank and have nothing with the future of backward areas youth who got education in hard condition and as a result govt. dominates their right. Jagdish Sudan, executive member of association said our selection made under notice no. 700 of 2010 and final selection list was declared on 3rd January, 2012. It was very unfortunate for us that we are still unemployment and after wasting our precious about 900 days, JK govt. failed to appointment us. |
