Negligence of PWD claims 67 lives of innocent Baratis : Sudarshan

Nowshera , Sept 11: Senior PDP leader Sudarshan visited Drahal, Nowshera the site where a Bus carrying 67 Baratis was washed away in the flash of floods in Nowshera, Rajouri. Some senior engineers of PWD were also seen besides, many locals also assembled there.
While expressing his views, Choudhary expressed his grief over the sad and sudden accidental en mass death of baraties having no fault of theirs.
"It was observed that accident occurred due to the sheer negligence and dereliction of PWD", Choudhary said and added that the poles fixed on both sides of the road and had the hole repaired before the rainy season the accident would have been averted and 67 precious lives would have been saved.
Choudhary urged that PWD minister should warn the concerned authorities responsible for the great loss of human lives and to be careful so that such lapses do not occur in future.
