ADGP Vaid visits PHQ; enquires welfare of staff, their families 9/16/2014 10:28:35 PM Srinagar, Sept 16: In order to enquire the welfare of staff of Police Headquarters (PHQ), the Additional Director General of Police (Headquarters), S P Vaid today conducted inspection of all sections of PHQ and enquired the welfare of staff members and their families, who were affected due to recent flood in valley.
