JKPDTU criticizes Govt for not fulfilling employees' demands | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Oct 25: J&K People's Democratic Trade Union (JKPDTU), Labour wing of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) today convened a meeting under the chairmanship of its District President, Jasmeet Singh Madaan which vociferously criticized the government for leaving its employees in lurch by not announcing anything they were pursuing since long. The meeting condemned government for not granting 17% DA due to employee besides removal of pay anomaly, regularization orders of 60,000 casual/ daily wagers, non-release of salary of teachers/master's working in RMSA/SSA since the last six- months, list of candidates selected in Prison Department who are on agitation since last many months and list of ReZs of Jammu province despite many assurances. The members said that the Union is not satisfied by the false assurances given to employees many a times while they dub resignation by PHE Minister over non-regularisation of 60,000 daily workers and up-gradation of 800 schools on papers as a mere drama to befool the employees. |
