Jammu, Oct 25 (JNF) : In a revision petition filed by a female BJP leader against the October 24, 2014, order of Forest Magistrate whereby it had directed Crime Branch to probe into a complaint filed by one Jasbir Singh, principal sessions judge R S Jain has stayed the investigation against her. In the revision petition, Aditi Sharma stated that she was a spinster and social worker and also chairperson of Skyhawks Aviation Pvt Ltd. Her family is associated with RSS for decades. She joined BJP and started her political career from Jammu. She stated that a false and frivolous complaint titled "Jasbir Singh v/s Anil Choudhary and others" has been filed against her before the court of 1st additional munsiff, forest magistrate, Jammu, with a calculated move to malign her reputation. In the petition, she has been libelously portrayed as the wife of one Anil Choudhary only to denigrate her public image . The principal sessions judge, after going through the revision petition, called for the record of the trial court. Meanwhile, the February 24 impugned order passed by the forest magistrate is stayed till November 3 next. Consequently, no action in pursuance to the order shall be taken by the crime branch till November 3, he ordered. This order is, however, subject to objections of respondents.
