Jammu, Nov 8 : Various Sikh organization J&K held a meeting under the chairmanship of S Mohinder Singh. Chief organizer, Bhai Kanahiya Jee Nishkam Sewa Society J&K congratulated former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh for having been chosen for rare and one of Japan's top National Award for his contribution to Indo-Japan ties and on becoming first Indian to receive such a rare honour, Participating members also thanked the Govt of Japan for extending honour to most honest and excellent Ex-Prime Minister of India Dr Manmohan Singh whose contributions can never be forgotten not as a statesman but also as an economist. The joint meeting in which members from Sikh United front, All India Students Sikh Federation, Sikh Naujawan Sabha, Sikh Welfare Society, Ex-DGPC Jammu members also participated observed former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh, being an economist took such steps that the entire country making India to come out of woods and witnessing development in of each and every sphere. They urged present Prime Minister of India, Narinder Modi to follow his footsteps of his predecessor so that our country could further reach to new heights of development. |
