Katra, Nov 8 : Pineland Public High School, Katra achieved 2nd position in the recently held Provincial level quiz competition held at Jammu on 7th of October, 2014.
Earlier, PPHS won the first position in inter district level quiz competition, held at Reasi and Qualified for final rounds in which the school stands 2nd following Kishtwar School (1st Position) wherein around 6 teams from different districts participated in the competition.
Principal PPHS Katra, Usha Jasrotia welcomed the winning team of the School and while addressing them, said that it is a great honour for the School to achieve such position in provincial level competetions. She also congratulated the team comprising of Vishal Kumar, Mehak Nasim and Monika Dogra along with their mentors Madan Lal and Rubina Mir (Both Teacher of SST) , accompanying them. |
