NC vice-president, scores of workers join PDP in Inderwal

Kishtwar, Nov 8: National Conference in Inderwal constituency of Kishtwar district suffered a massive jolt as majority of their party functionaries including Vice President, Ghulam Hussain Butt joined Peoples Democratic Party. The entrants, reports said were welcomed by Mahbooba Mufti in the party.
Reports said beside Vice President Ghulam Hussain Butt, Abdul Hamid Tak (Block President Chatroo), Altaf Shah (Block President Thatri), Mohammad Iqbal Tapal (Block President Mughalmaidan), Master Sat Lal ( Halqa Sigdi) Master Som Nath, Krishan Lal (Rtd.Forester), Duni Chand (Block secretary Chatroo), Ashok Kumar , Rtd Capt.Prem Nath (Lohidhar), Hukum Chand (Neeru), Duni Chand , Wazir Singh and Choudhary Mohammad Shafi all from National Conference joined the PDP.
While addressing the gatherings at various places, PDP President Mehbooba Mufti said that PDP will emerge victorious in the state and win majority of seats.
She said that PDP will form government on its own in Jammu and Kashmir while parties like BJP will perform an opposition role whereas NC and Congress will reduced to rubble. She said that the youth have to lead the process of political change which everyone is aspiring form Chenab valley. "The role of youth is completely vested by the present NC led coalition government in the state and even our talented youth have faced the worst over neglect by the present dispensation leading to choas and confusion across the state and reversing a process for which PDP led government had invested" said Mehbooba Mufti, added that only PDP government will construct the Viloo - Sangpora tunnel in a short Spain of time .
Launching a scathing attack on National Conference, Mehbooba said that NC always mislead the innocent people of this backward area and forced people to live in darkness from the last several years . She said that NC ruined the career of thousands of youth by engaging them on temporary jobs. "The government adopted a kind of use and through policy where educated youth were adjusted on temporary jobs and shown the door at will." said Mehbooba .
She said that the policies adopted by the government only added to the frustration of the youth across the state. MS Mufti appealed the people to support PDP for the betterment of the far flung areas, urging the people to cast their votes in favor of PDP for their secured future, added that only PDP party has a vision for development that in real sense will open new opportunities of employments for this region . She was flanked by former Minister, Peer Mohammad Hussain and Inderwal PDP candidate Abdul Majid Butt. The other prominent who accompanied her include District Coordinator Sheikh Nasir Hussain, Talib Hussain (Zonal president ) Puran Chand Thakur, Abdul Kabir Tapal, Atta Mohd Dar and others.
