Executive Engineer PHE Doda gets Bharat Jyoti award 11/28/2014 10:45:57 PM Early Times Report doda, Nov 28: Abdul Wahid Zargar posted as Executive Engineer PHE Division Doda has been awarded Bharat Jyoti Award by the India International Friendship Society New Delhi. Junior Enginner PHE JamsheedHussain Nehru has congratulated ErZargar for getting this precious award. It is worthwhile to mention here that recently under the dynamic leadership of Er Wahid Zargar, a very prestigious and long awaited Water Supply Scheme namely Doda-Dessa Gravity main (Twin Line) has been completed and put in operation which was a long pending demand of the people of Doda town and its peripheral areas.
