Petitioner shall not be arrested till Monday, says IO

JAMMU, Dec 18: In a much publicized alleged backdoor appointment of IV class, Chief Education Officer Jammu got relief when the Investigating Officer of the Case stated before the Court that the petitioner shall not be arrested till Monday.
Today when the matter came-up hearing before Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur, Sr. Adv BS Salathia appearing for the petitioner submits that he has moved an application for placing on record centerain documents which shall be responded to by Sr. AAG Gagan Basotra.
Upon this Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur directed Regsitry to list this bail application on Monday and observed that since arguments have already been heard in part, the Investigating Officer who is present in Court states that the petitioner shall not be arrested till Monday and further observed that needless to say that the petitioner would continue cooperting with the Investigating Agency.
