Jammu, Feb 21: NTEDS 2015 concluded at Central University of Jammu on Saturday and out of the twelve participating teams seven were shortlisted for the final round. According to press release, the teams were judged by Col Sumant Bhatia MD Colonels worldwide Travel, Vijay Handa AVM Travel Designers PVT LTD and KK Goyal Assistant Director, MSME, Govt of India. In the valedictory session Prof N.R Sharma Dean Student welfare, CUJ addressed the gathering. He acknowledged the efforts of the Department of Tourism and Travel Management, CUJ and Congratulated Prof. Deepak Raj Gupta for conducting such an innovative event. The VC, Prof. Devanand expressed his happiness and satisifaction over the proceedings of the event and said that such programmes are motivational and should be arranged at regular intervals. Later, he felicitated the participants with momentos and certificates. Three popular Dogri songs were sung by the local artists to add the regional flavour to the programme. The function was attended by Jit Singh. Registrar, CUJ, Dr. P.S. Pathania, Senior Consultant, CUJ, Prof. HS Sehgal, In charge Communication and Linkages Cell, CUJ, Kanji Lal, Executive Director, IATO, faculty, staff and students. Prof. Deepak Raj Gupta Dean School of Business Studies and Head DTTM, CUJ proposed the vote of thanks. The session ended with the announcement of Final results. |
