SRINAGAR, Feb 21 : As per communication of the Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, there is medium danger of avalanches from February 22, 2015 in avalanche prone areas of Bandipora, Baramulla, Kup-wara, Anantnag, Kulgam, Pulwama, Ganderbal and Kargil districts of Kashmir Division. In view of the above, the Deputy Commissioners of Bandipora, Baramulla, Kupwara, Anantnag, Kulgam, Pulwama, Ganderbal and Kargil districts have been asked to warn people not to venture out in avalanche prone areas. People of these areas are also advised to temporarily evacuate those locations which are under fall line of the avalanches. |
