Jammu, Feb 24: People's Democratic Trade Union (PDTU) hailed the announcement made by the leadership of both PDP-BJP in New Delhi over the formation of 'Popular Govt' shortly. According to press release, hailing the historic decision, Jasmeet Singh Madaan, District President, PDTU said that in the past employees particularly were feeling very depressed due to the rampant corruption, non-acceptance of their genuine demands, non-release of DA installment since last year, no hike in medical allowance by the previous Government. "This has resulted in silent uprising against the corrupt Govt and during the election the employees have left no stone unturned in uprooting the corrupt regime and with the announcement of formation of Govt by PDP-BJP", he said, adding that a lot of jubiliation and happiness was prevailing in the cadres of PDTU over the announcement made by the senior leadership for forming the Popular Govt. to be led by Mufti Mohammed Sayeed. |
