JAMMU, Mar 18 : In order to carry out the work of re-stringing of snapped span between tower location No.36-37 of 132 KV D/C Barn-Katra transmission line, the shutdown of 132 KV D/C Barn-Katra Transmission line shall remain affected on March 20, 2015 from 10 a m to 4 p m.
As intimated by Chief Engineer, S&O Wing Jammu, during the shutdown period, the power supply to district Reasi shall remain affected. The power supply to Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine shall be maintained by Sub Transmission Division Udhampur through 132/33 KV Jhajjar Kotli Grid Sub Station.
Similarly, in order to carry out the work of connecting of existing bus-bar with new erected bus bar of 33 KV new line bay, erection of jumpers/droppers and laying and stringing of earth wire in 33 KV new line bay at 132/33 KV Grid Station Gangyal, the power supply to Gangyal Industrial Complex, Trikuta Nagar, Greater Kailash, Preet Nagar, Seora, Babllana, Miran Sahib and adjoining areas shall remain affected on March 22, 2015 from 7 a m to 11 a m.
Meanwhile, in order to carry out preventive maintenance of various equipments including topping and plugging of oil leakages of 20 MVA power transformer and 132 KV CTs at 132/33 KV Grid Station Sidhra, the power supply to part of Janipur, Jhajjar Kotli, Bahu Fort, Sidhra, ASCOMS, Malori Jagir, Bajalta and Toota-de-Khoi as both circuits of 132 KV Gladni Sidhra and Sidhra-Janipur transmission line shall remain affected on 22, 2015 from 8 a m to 2 p m. |
