Nehru Yuva Kendra organizes district level sports tournament 3/22/2015 11:30:55 PM Early Times Report Doda, Mar 22: Nehru Yuva Kendra (NYK) Doda in collaboration with Diamond Youth Club (DYC) Ghat organized two day district level tournament in which members of 20 youth clubs from 4 blocks of district Doda participated in different events including Volleyball, Kabbadi, Kho Kho, Badminton, Athletes. The objective of this programme was to give platform to rural youth to expose their hidden talent and to promote sportsman spirit among the masses particularly the youth. On the concluding day chief guest Suresh Kumar Sharma principal (JNV) appreciated the role of Diamond Youth club and (NYK) for promoting the sports activities in rural areas and organizing such activities. On the occasion, chief guest distributed the prizes among the winner and runer teams.Najeeb ul Rehman Wani president (DYC) presented vote of thanks to all the participants.
