| In fact, Pakistan has no legal right to speak on the State of Jammu & Kashmir, which is an integral part of India. In case it has problem, in that event, the door is open to discuss under Simla agreement peacefully. Pakistan is an aggressor country recognized world over and admitted also by the U N O. It grabbed some part of Indian State by committing horrific invasion of over the State having spilled blood of Kashmiri Muslims to serve its own interests. India, due to its background of non-violence, had not retaliated to reply in the same manner, but it approached to the U N Security Council with his representation to ask Pakistan to stop further bloodshed and surrender its grabbed territory peacefully. The representation was contested by India and Pakistan. During pleading, Pakistan admitted for a misadventure of an aggression committed by it over the state. It first denied and later on admitted of committing an aggression, and Indian sovereignty over the State was recognized by it i.e. U N Security Council, and regarded its accession process world over. Apart from it, the Indian ruling leadership was not aware that the said Council was ruled by lobby wise interest and the lobby members are too provided justice under the obligation of interest of their lobbies and under that policy, it by ignoring the central subject of the Indian representation, a new offshoot of plebiscite was evolved for peace, which was irony. However it was accepted after long discussion by India under certain conditions and Pakistan also endorsed it. The said Council started its home work and appointed administrator to process the ground work and Pakistan was asked to make the congenial atmosphere and vacate the grabbed territory to process the plebiscite, but it first avoided, and later on ignored, but it evaded to response for implementing the process as desired. By looking at its mental outlook of spurning away the plebiscite resolution, the said Council closed the chapter once for all and then case was buried.
Thus the State of Jammu & Kashmir is a settled issue. The only issue is to be solved is to surrender the grabbed territory as per representation of India, and Indian Parliament resolution of 1994, to get the territory surrendered from Pakistan. It is a Pak-made Kashmir question which desires dilly-dallying to abandon the Indian State territory. The facts cannot be shadowed; it is one of integral parts of India by virtue of legal accession vide Indian Independence Act of 1947, and the proclamation of the British Crown, where the sole powers were given to the Rulers of the States of British India, to accede their States either this or that dominion according to their choice, which was endorsed by All India Muslim League President M A Jinnah who advised the Muslims of the States of British India to abide by the verdict of the Crown representative. It is a fact of Indian history.
It was ironical that despite creating congenial atmosphere for developing diplomatic relations, a solidarity Day was observed to support the so called Kashmiri Muslims of the State and religious based hateful fiery speeches were delivered against India. Their emotions were incited against it resulting in communalizing the atmosphere by violating the aspirations of the U N Security Council. It should be known to Pakistan that in the light of Indian Independence Act and proclamation of the British Crown for the Rulers of the States of British India, the issue will not be allowed by India to dilute or twist, but its strict to its representation submitted to the U N Security Council, which will be the base to start any dialogue on the State affairs. Pakistan cannot go beyond the spirit of the British India partition agreement and British Crown verdict, even a comma neither add nor any delete. Under the hostile circumstances Punjabi dominated Pakistan which is far away from Kashmiri affinity, misleads Kashmiri Muslims under the pretext of its solidarity programme simply to woo them to encourage communal frenzy to create unrest in the State. Pakistan is nowhere to harp on for Kashmiri Muslims aspirations while they have been living peacefully in India enjoying with special status, more than their neighbours of the country, and on the other side in Pok their brothers have been living in slavery and in gruesome backwardness without any fundamental rights and deprived of to see the ray of modern light. It should look its own world known human rights dismal record and to talk for others is quite nonsense. In case its aggressive attitude to encroach upon the State in the name of religion is not stopped, even then it would fall down. It should not agitate the Kashmiri people to reopen the dead issue for granting the right for self determination, which was rejected already by it, keeping in view of the so called aspirations of Kashmiri Muslims under the garb of religion, while it itself is reluctant to grant the same right to the people of Baluchistan, Kalat State, FATA, Frontier Province and muha-jreen and for that demand they were blown up to suppress their agitations, but that issue is still open in international arena. The same voices were drummed up in the Indo-
Pak Foreign Secretaries meeting held at New Delhi, dated 27th June 2004, where in Riyaz Khakhor, belonging to an aggressor country proposed to keep also the so called aspirations of Kashmiri Muslims to resolve the Kashmir problem in view of the status of their ridiculous principal party, which was nowhere in Kashmir issue. He led further to complicate the issue, which was meant to keep the issue in lurch as he was not serious for resolving the issue.
It should be known to him that deviation from the central issue of the subject mentioned in Indian representation is not possible for India. The matter is between two nations only which would be decided under the guide line of Simla agreement bilaterally. The Kashmiri Muslim community is one of the small components of the nation of great India, like others, who have been living peacefully in secular democracy of the country and enjoying more rights than their neghbours along with special status, as such they cannot clamour to participate in two nation meeting over the State as a so called principal party. No reference is available in the Partition plan, only the question is an invasion over the State committed by Pakistan which was admitted by it and asked to it by the U N Security Council to vacate that territory, besides it recognized Indian sovereignty over the State. To grant right for self determination and principal party are nowhere in the issue in question. To dilute the issue or twist to its own angle would not be taken in view.
It is very strange that it is the only an Indian land in the world, where valley based Pak-lobby campaigns the Pak-agenda in the State of Jammu & Kashmir and other parts of India on flimsy grounds by committing inhuman violence, atrocities, killings the security forces and bloodshed and on the same land Pak-guest diplomat invites his lobby members at his High Commissioner office to prepare agenda for two- nation meeting without taking in to the confidence of host country diplomat. It was a great humiliation and onslaught on dignity and honour on the nation of great India. The Pakistan and the other countries of of the world would not allow the same facilities to their anti national elements to hatch intrigue against their countries on its land. India should review it for the integrity of its nation. These strategies made by Pakistan against India only by putting its gun on the shoulder of Kashmiri Muslims to establish its Punjabi hegemony in the region to enslave them just like the people of the PoK. |
