ITI- CP Workers' continue protest on 9th consecutive day

Udhampur July 29: Continuing their stir on the ninth consecutive day the PHE workers under the banner of ITI and CP Workers Association staged demonstration against the state Govt and PHE authorities alleging that they had adopted non serious approach towards their just and gene demands.
Led by Ajay, the protestors raising slogans against the state Govt and PHE authorities alleged them for discriminating Jammu against Kashmir.
Protectors said the salaries of the casual workers have not been paid for the last two years and whenever they raised their demand they are only given assurances. Terming the authorities for having adopted callous and discriminatory approach toward them, the protesters said that employees of Kashmir province has drawn their salaries of last 6 months which is an another example of discrimination with Jammu region.Protestors warned the Govt and PHE authorities if their salaries of current six months are not paid they will call further intensify their strike outside the office of Deputy Commissioner.
