Jammu, Aug 1: Special Mobile Magistrate (Passenger Tax), Jammu, Amit Gupta has rejected the bail application of Rajnesh Kumar, a lecturer, who was arrested by police in abetment to suicide case of his wife Parul Sharma.
The court, after hearing both the sides, observed that the statements of many witnesses were recorded and another angle from which the investigation is till required to be conducted is the alleged relations of deceased which are required to be proved and investigation is still going on and moreover the public interest does not allow the accused to move freely and confront the family members of the victim day in, day out.
With these observations, the court rejected his bail application. |
