| Hon'ble Prime Minister Sh. Narinder Modi held a fourth Rally in Bihar ahead of Bihar Assembly Polls which are yet to be announced. He declared Nitish's Govt. in Bihar as "Jungle Raaj". He also said many a times "What we say, we do that practically". State OBCs were forced to Convene a hurriedly meet of its union under the chairmanship of its president Sh. Abdul Majid Malik and discussed the statements in depth.
Speakers and participants raised a question about the slogans of Mr. Narinder Modi who made during Lok Sabha Elections in J&K. at M.A Stadium Jammu, Hiranagar, Kathua & Billawar. He openly promised for the Implementation of Mandal Report. But when PDP - BJP Govt. is now in J&K, where is that slogan. The C.M.P which BJP-PDP made does not include the implementation of Mandal Report. BJP always talked about Hinduism but worked against Hindus. BJP activities raise one more question viz. BJP says OBCs are Hindus but do not consider them as Hindus, is the main root cause; that for votes "OBCs are Hindus" and for due constitutional rights they are not "Hindus" but are the Shudras.
Similar is the thinking of Muslim upper caste leaders for OBC Muslims. BJP at the National level opposed Mandal Report in 1990. Now the same Modi as P.M talked about "Implementation of Mandal Report" but soon after the formation of the J&K Govt. with BJP as one of the partners, Mr. Narinder Modi has changed his eyes. He says one thing in one state and neglects the people of the other state.
Here in J&K State there was a main statement of BJP-PDP for good Governance & Development, but now it has been reduced to Governance only. No Governance and Development is justified without Social justice and social justice is not the agenda of BJP & PDP in J&K. What P.M Narinder Modi will say about this Govt.?
Chief Minister Mr. Mufti Mohd. Sayeed and his daughter Mehbooba Mufti are already against the State OBCs. Statement of Ms. Mehbooba Mufti on 12th of Feb. 2014 during OBC deputation "Hum Ney to Abhi Innkey Barmein Sucha Bhi Nhein Hai-Aur Jeh Logh Hummary Saath Bhi Nhein Hai" When C.M Mufti was asked What about your policy for the State OBCs that OBCs people may feel that PDP is their party. His reply was "Abhi Mein Kush Bhi Nehin Keh Sakta". This is sufficient to say "Only Jungle Raaj in J&K" and nothing else. We talked about the Mis-use of Art 370; BJP talked about its scraping. When Govt. came into existence BJP slogan lost in the air. All activities of BJP on the name of Hindus only for maintaining Chaturverna System instead of implementation of the country's Constitution; hence are totally against the shudras mentioned in all Hindus Religious books and that too on the name of OBC Prime Minister Narinder Modi.
To the state OBCs there is certainly a Jungle Raaj in J&K, it may or may not be a Jungle Raaj in any other state but J&K under the Art. 370 is running through a Jungle Raaj. Now one can expect that BJP shall do justice with state OBCs whose population is about 60% of the State Population. BJP-PDP with different ideologies have a common agenda against the State OBCs. State OBCs can not belief in BJP or PDP unless due demands of OBCs are accepted. |
