Kathua, Nov 16: Kathua Vikas Manch today held meeting under the chairmanship of Prof. Ram Murti Sharma here at Bharti complex.
According to press release, Sharma appreciated the efforts of LSDA for initiating the formulation of DPRs regarding promotion of tourism in Baba Sidhgoria Shrine and Mata Chintpurni in the Billawar constituency and exploring avenues for tourism promotion in Mehtab Garh and Hatli villages.
All participants urged from government to create separate hilly district comprising of Billawar, Basohli and Bani. They also demanded promotion of Urdu language in all the Schools and simplification of PRC issuance procedure and proper review of demarcation of RBA was also reiterated in the meeting.
Dr. Y. N Dogra, Varinder Kumar Gupta, Dr. Paramjeet Sharma, Dr. Sohan Lal Gupta, Colonel (Retd.) Ved Parkash Sharma, Mohan Lal, Hans Raj, Sushil Gupta, Jagdish Singh Slathia and Commandant (Retd.) Baljeet Singh were also attended the meeting. |
