Dhar, Kishore get higher grades 5/20/2016 10:49:25 PM Early Times Report Jammu, May 20: While principal sessions judge, Kathua, Sanjay Dhar has got super time scale, 3rd additional sessions judge, Jammu, Kishore Kumar has been placed in selection grade of J&K Higher Judicial Services with effect from April 1, 2016. The decision to this effect was taken in a full court meeting held at Srinagar under the chairmanship of Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar.
