Jammu Muslims pledges to maintain communal harmony 7/24/2016 11:35:27 PM Early Times Report Jammu, July 24: An extra ordinary meeting of Jammu Muslim community was held today under the banner of Muslim Federation Jammu. The meeting under the presidentship of Abdul Majeed President Muslim Federation Jammu held a threadbare discussion on the prevailing situation in the state in general and Kashmir valley in particular. The participants pledged to stand by with the majority community for maintaining complete communal harmony and passed a resolution that Muslim community shall ensure complete communal harmony with other social entities and majority community. It was also resolved that an umbrella organization of all Muslims organizations shall work under the banner of a single organization in Jammu along with the other communities of the region for maintaining peace, amity, tranquility and development on permanent basis for strengthening and furtherance of the welfare of Jammu region.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
