Mobile Internet services restored in Jammu

Jammu, July 25: After 16 day long suspension the mobile internet services in Jammu province was today restored at around 7 PM following the elimination of the most wanted Hizb-ul Mujhadeen commander Burhan Wani in an encounter in Kokarnag on July 8.
Here it needs to mention that mobile internet services were put under suspension in Kashmir valley and Jammu Division also on July 9 as precautionary measures so as to put check on rumour mongers to spread rumours. However it also played as spoil sport for many mobile internet enthusiasts who felt their phones reduced to ringers only.
As soon as the internet services was restored late evening today many youths were seen over-joyed and promptly started communicating their friends that internet services were restored.
"It was relay a tough time-- life without internet is nothing after one gets addict to it --- hopefully government will allow the service to continue" said Kuldeep Kumar.
Many mobile internet enthusiasts were seen greeting each other and social media were buzzed with word "Mubarak" over the restoration of internet services.
There was heavy rush on mobile recharge shops as several of youths turn up at mobile recharge shops for recharging their mobile numbers with internet packs.
"My internet pack has expired last week with over 500 MB surfing balance--- now I have to recharge my mobile with fresh internet pack" Rajesh Sharma lamented while looking for new internet recharges .
Another person Yogesh Sharma said that said that mobile companies should extend the validity of every mobile pack by 15 days-- the period when mobile internet services remained suspended in the state. While youths cutting across the religious lines urged upon rumours mongers not to upload objectionable and adverse updates and comments instead use internet judiciously so that state government shall not be compelled to take any such decision i.e. to suspend mobile internet services again. It is pertinent to mention that only broadband services were allowed to function in the state of Jammu and Kashmir during last 16 days.
