Prof Mattoo elected Staff Secretary GDC Kishtwar 7/28/2016 10:22:34 PM Early Times Report Kishtwar, July 28: Prof Mussarat Mushtaq Mattoo (HOD Education) has been unanimously elected as new Staff Secretary of Govt Degree College Kishtwar by permanent teaching faculty of the college for the current academic session. After being declared elected as staff secretary, Prof. Mattoo assured to work for betterment of the college and staff. Principal of the college, Dr Shafqat Rafiqui while congratulating him on being elected as Staff Secretary GDC Staff said that the teaching faculty has the onerous responsibility of discharging their duties with commitment and valor.
