JU Employees accord warm send off to Mohan Lal, Des Raj

Jammu, July 29: The Jammu University Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Employees Association organized a Retirement Party in the Botanical Garden of University New Campus here today, wherein the Association members with tears streaming down their faces, bid affectionate farewell to their colleagues Mohan Lal and Des Raj who retired on superannuation after rendering a big span of unblemished service in the University of Jammu.
Association President R L Kaith said, "The day of retirement is one of the most wonderful moments in the whole world to an employee because this is the only day on which the employee experiences love and respect towards the colleagues working with him".
"We bid you all a final goodbye as we leave the esteemed institution today. It has been great working with you all. You all have been very supportive and helped us learn a lot", said the retirees while speaking on the occasion.
Association members presented valuable gifts to duo as a token of love and wished them a prosperous, healthy and happy post retirement life.
During the programme, the Association members revealed that one of their burning issues explained in the charter stands forwarded to Secretary to Government of India, Department of Personnel and Training by the President's Secretariat, New Delhi for taking up the matter with JU authorities.
Prominent among the attendees included Choudhary Atta Mohand, S K Shavotra, Mulkh Raj Dalotra, Surjeet Singh Heer, Paras Ram Sarmal, Milkhi Ram Malhotra, Pardeep Kumar Shavotra, Kewal Krishan Dalotra, Bodh Raj Angral, Sukhdev Bhagat, Kunj Lal, Kartar Chand, Suman Kumar, Mohan Lal, Mukesh Kumar and Vijay Kumar.
