SRINAGAR, July 29: The cabinet has approved major transfers and postings in civil administration by reshuffling as many as 29 top officers.
BB Vyas, IAS, Financial Commissioner, Planning Development & Monitoring Department shall hold the additional charge of Relief and Rehabilitation Department till further orders while Bipul Pathak, IAS, Chairman, Special Tribunal, J&K was transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to Government, Transport Department.
Asgar Samoon,IAS, Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, was transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to Government, Higher Education Department where as Vinod Koul, IAS, Commissioner /Secretary, Animal/Sheep Husbandry and Science and Technology Department was transferred and posted as Chairman, J&K Special Tribunal.
Sarita Chouhan, IAS, Commissioner/Secretary, Social Welfare Department shall hold the additional charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Science and Technology Department

Tasadduq Jeelani, KAS, Director, Rural Development Department Kashmir was transferred and posted as Director, CAPD, Kashmir while Gazzanfer Ali, KAS, Director, Handicrafts, J&K was transferred and posted as Director, Rural Development Department, Kashmir.
Mushtaq Ahmed Shah, KAS, Director, CAPD, Kashmir was transferred and posted as Director, Handicrafts, J&K while Mohd Akbar Ganai, KAS, Special Secretary to Government, CAPD Department was transferred and posted as Special Secretary to Government, Revenue, Relief & Rehabilitation Department.
