| Shiksha Niketan conducts factory visit | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 31: Shiksha Niketan Senior Secondary School today conducted a visit of students of class 10th to a factory 'Modern Gun Works' here at Jeevan Nagar.
To undertake an activity based on the subject social studies. The activity was actually to acquaint students practically about the manufacturing of goods. There were about 50 students who visited the factory under the supervision of three teachers namely Vishal Gupta, Arfan and Sudarshan Singh.
The students were shown the different machines. The single and double barrel guns; they were taught about their manufacturing and functioning of the products.
During visit students were told about the processing of the guns and their testing in Kanpur and after their successful examination they are launched in the market.
The visit was very knowledgeable. It was appraise worthy initiative permitted by worthy Principal of the school, Rameshwar Mengi. |
