Manohar tours Billawar constituency Inaugurates 2.39 cr filtration plant, library & Additional School building 4/26/2013 8:45:19 PM Early Times Report kathua, Apr 26:Minister of State for Fisheries, Cooperatives, Finance and Planning Dr Manohar Lal Sharma today inaugurated various development projects during his extensive tour of Billawar constituency. ADDC Kathua Ajay Jamwal, SDM Billawar Dr Vikas Gupta, XEN PHE , AEE PHE, Tehsildar Billawar also accompanied the minister during the tour. At village Sialana, Dr Sharma dedicated Water Filtration Plant constructed an estimated cost of Rs 2.39 Cr under Water Supply Scheme Uchapind to the people. Residents of Sialana Panchayat hailed the minister for his efforts to get the WSS sanctioned and solve the water shortage problem in the area. Dr Sharma also inaugurated newly built additional building of Government High School Sialana. ZEO Billawar and other district and tehsil level officer were among those present at the inauguration.
