Dental Council of India recognizes IGGDC, Jammu--Taj Expresses gratitude to Azad

Early Times Report JAMMU, May 15: Asserting that government has evolved an effective mechanism to ensure enhanced medicare in the state, Minister for Medical Education, Youth Services and Sports, Taj Mohu-ud-Din on Wednesday said that all the healthcare institutions especially in rural and far-off pockets are being equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment facilities besides adequate staff. The Minister was speaking at a function jointly organized by Government Medical College and Indira Gandhi Government Dental College Jammu in connection with recognition of IGGDC by Union Ministry for Health and Family Welfare, at GMC. Principal and Dean GMC, Jammu, Dr. Shashi Gupta, Medical Superintendent, Government Dental College Hospital, Dr. Mohan Singh, Administrator, GMC, Dr. Reva Gupta, Medical Superintendent GMC, Dr. Rabinder Rattan Pal, faculty members of JMC, IGGDC, AMC and students were present on the occasion.
