SRINAGAR, July 28: At the fag end of his innings, Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah is having a tight schedule ahead for the inaugural and foundation laying ceremonies in the state.
The Government executing agencies particularly the J&K Projects Construction Corporation (JKPCC) and J&K Housing Board are working on war-footing for the completion of developmental/infrastructural projects as the Chief Minister has already fixed the dates either for foundation laying or for inaugural ceremonies of various projects.
Despite the state holidays for Eid, the officials of JKPCC and Housing Board could be seen camping overnight at the sites and monitoring the pace of work.
The JK Housing Board officials were seen camping at Amar Singh College in Tulsibagh for three days last week as the Chief Minister was scheduled to formally lay the foundation stone of the under-construction modern Auditorium at the college.

JAMMU, July 28: The suspension of license of JK Medicity Hospital Private Limited by Director Health Services (Jammu) on Monday, following termination of eight month old pregnancy of a woman, is seen as merely an eye-wash by the doctors working in Health department.
The doctors pleading anonymity informed Early Times that the Director had issued order of suspension of licence/registration of JK Medicity Hospital, under J&K Nursing Homes and Clinical Establishments Act, but the action was reportedly taken to escape from public anger over the negligence by hospital staff.
