Jammu, Dec 5 : Rhythm Misher a young artist of Natrang has brought laurels for the state of Jammu & Kashmir by winning the National Scholarship in Acting from Centre for Cultural Resources and Training, Ministry of Culture Government of India. She is the only one to achieve this distinction and honour from the State of Jammu & Kashmir. Rhythm Misher has been awarded National Scholarship in Acting to undergo training under Internationally acclaimed eminent Theatre director Balwant Thakur. Daughter of Dr. Gemini Sharma & Dr. Manisha Sharma, Rhythm Misher is one among the twenty proud young talents of Acting in India who have been selected amongst twenty thousand aspirants who competed for this top honour of the country. Rhythm Misher joined Natrang as a kid participated Children Theatre Camps and did major roles in children plays . Popular among her plays include Andher Nagri Chopat Raja, Khichdi, Main Aisa Kyon-Main Waisa Kyon, Badi Bua Ji & Dil Toh Bachha Hai all under the direction of Sumeet Sharma who is the head of Children and youth wing of Natrang. Rhythm is currently a Student of 7th Class in St. Peter's High School, Jammu. |
