Jammu, Dec 5: A criminal complaint has been lodged against two probationer Sub Inspectors posted at Pacca Danga Police station by one Amarjeet Singh son of Man Singh of Tange Wali Gali,Pacca Danga before the court of judicial magistrate here today.
In his complaint, the complainant has alleged that he was thrashed by two SIs namely Sumit Sharma and Sushil Choudhary without any fault. He was taken to the police station where he was again beaten which caused fracture to his right leg and damages to the drums of both his ears. Later, he was falsely implicated on eve teasing case. He further alleged that he was standing outside his home when both the police officers started beating him. He was taken to the GMC hospital where doctors declared damage to his both ears and fracture on his right leg. He prayed before court to book both the erring police officers under section 323,325,341,504 and 506 RPC. Meanwhile,court has directed both the police officers to appear before court in person on 20.12.2012 for hearing.SSP Jammu was asked to ensure their presence in the court.
Pertinent to mention here that, both the SIs had also faced wrath of the court when they thrashed one Balraj Singh and Ashok Saini when they demanded parking charges from one Inspector posted in Vigilance Organization.
