Jammu, Dec 5 (JNF): Special Judge Anticorru-ption Jammu (CBI Cases) J&K BL Bhat has framed corruption charges against Babu Lal Gupta then Chief Engineer NHPC, Ashok Kumar Pandey then Chief Engineer NHPC, Madan Gopal Sharma then Assis-tant Manager, Subash cha-nder Nayyar then Deputy Manager, Shiv Chand Ram then Senior Manager, Vijay Kumar Jain then ED (T&RE) NHPC, Rajesh Singh then Assistant Man-ager NHPC, Ram Dayal Manager M/S L&T, SK Chakraborty Sector Proj-ect Manager L&T, M/s Larsen & Tourbo Ltd, Sha-hsandra Dwivedi MD M/S Dee Control Pvt Ltd u/s 120-B/420/420-A RPC r/w section 5(2) r/w section 5(1) (d) of J&K Prevention of Corruption Act.
While framing corruption Charges against the chief engineers, Court said that in 2006 NHPC, being entru-sted with execution of work for electrification of villages and Rural House-holds in Udhampur Dist-rict under Rajiv Gandhi Gram Vidyu-tikaran Yojna (RGGVY), court also clearly framed charges against 11 other accused.
