| BLOs allege authorities not issuing duty slips | | |

Jammu, Dec 5: A deputation of teachers engaged as Block Level Officers (BLOs) by the municipal authorities to revise the forms for election cards met with Satish Sharma State president and discussed the indifferent approach of the municipal authorities and not issuing duty slips to them.
As per the members of deputation they reported to the corporation authority on 26th June 2012 and remained on duty till 30th July 2012 and when the teachers requested for their duty slips but the authorities refused to issue the same.
Satish Sharma assured them to take up the issue with Commissioner Mun-icipal Corporation Jammu to look personally in to the matter and issue duty slips to teachers for the said period.
