Jammu, Dec 26: To register protest against recent Delhi gang rape case, over 100 activists of BJP Mahila Morcha under the leadership of their State President Sakina Bano held a protest at Canal Road here on Wednesday. Raising slogans against the Congress-led UPA government at the centre for its "total failure" to ensure safety of the females, Bano said that the recent act of gang rape of a girl in Delhi followed by brutal torture is a blot on the Indian society. She said that the party has granted 33 per cent reservation to women in its organizational setup, which itself is a proof that the party do not discriminate on the has equal concern for females as it has for males.
