Judicial Employees to file plea against vested interest elements

Jammu, Jan 3: J&K Judicial Employees Welfare Association today held a meeting under the president ship of its Officiating President Anil Puri in which state level office bearers participated and decided to file a complaint to Principal Secretary to the Chief Justice against some vested elements who are trying to defame the Association.
Condemning the press statement issued by some unknown person published in Daily News Paper, Jammu dated Dec 31, the Association members unanimously decided to file a complaint before the Principal Secretary to the Chief Justice for a probe and bringing these irresponsible persons to the task by taking a turn action against them. The Association further appealed to Editors of all the news papers published from J&K that no such material should be published in the name of our association unless and until such press note is received on the specified Letter Head of the Association furnishing details and office bearers and without bearing authorized stamp the association.
